Ann SusanADKINSPassed away peacefully, on the 14th November 2025, aged 74 years, at the Sycamore Park Care Home, Bradley, and formerly of Southern Road, Cowlersley.
Ann, the much loved mum of Antonia and Andrew, and proud grandma of Zara and Ella.
A funeral service to celebrate Ann's life will be held at the Huddersfield Crematorium, HD2 2JF, at 10:30am on Friday 12th December.
